Premier African Minerals (LON:PREM) has appointed two new directors to the board.
Alex du Plessis and Neil Herbert will take the places of Bruce Cumming and Leslie Goodman, who are both concurrently stepping down.
“These appointments are an integral part of the company's strategy as it looks to build upon its position as a leading exploration and production development company in Zimbabwe and Togo,” the company said in a statement.
