Pier I Imports, a furniture and home décor store, will locate in 10,000 sf next to Ulta and Gander Mountain. This will be the second location for Pier I in the Cary/Morrisville market with plans to open summer of 2014.
Blackfinn Ameripub, a full-service restaurant with pub selling classic American Fare, will occupy nearly 6,000 square feet near the Park West Village 14 theatre.
Charming Charlie, a popular women’s fashion accessories store selling jewelry, handbags, shoes and apparel, will occupy 6,000 square feet next to Ulta. Charming Charlie expects to open with Ulta in early February.
